The phone charges were excessive. I was charged over 70,000 krw for a short call to my bank. this was like blatant profiteering. the room also had issues. the carpet was coming away from the floor and the bed canopy fitting was loose. i expect better maintenance for the price paid.

the room was elegant and cozy. all the details were fine. the staff were also attentive and kind. i was touched at how helpful daniel park in reception was. he helped me get my phone back after i left it in a taxi, and it was like above and beyond kindness. i really appreciated it after such a stressful moment.

The smell was overwhelming and not pleasant. They use some perfume everywhere. it smelled like cheap soap and was very strong. even the free water bottles smelled like it, i had to open the windows.
